James MacKenzie, BBus, FCA, FAICD
Chairman
James MacKenzie is Chairman of Mirvac Group and is also a director of the listed companies Melco PBL Entertainment (Macau) Limited, Pacific Brands Limited and Bravura Solutions Pty Ltd.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr MacKenzie was a Partner in both the Melbourne and Hong Kong offices of an international accounting firm now part of Deloitte.
Mr MacKenzie has served as a Director of a number of public companies listed on Stock Exchanges both in Australia and overseas and has been a director of prominent funds management companies: James Fielding Group, Paladin Australia Limited, Portfolio Partners Limited and the Victorian Funds Management Corporation.
Mr MacKenzie is also on the Board of Management of the Victorian Transport Accident Commission, the Victorian Workcover Authority and is a director of the Victorian Major Events Corporation.
Mr MacKenzie was appointed to Mirvac's board in 2005.

Nick Collishaw, SA (Fin), AAPI
Mr Collishaw was appointed Managing Director of Mirvac Group in August 2008.
He was previously Mirvac's Executive Director of the Investment Division.
He has been involved in property and funds management for over 25 years and has extensive experience in property investment, asset management and has overseen the development of major commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects.
Prior to Mirvac, Mr Collishaw has held senior positions with a number of leading organisations including James Fielding Group, Deutsche Asset Management and Schroders Australia.
Mr Collishaw was appointed to the Mirvac Board in January 2006.

Paul Biancardi, BEc, FCA
Paul Biancardi, is a non-executive director of Mirvac and is Chairman of Mirvac's Audit Risk and Compliance Committee.
He is a former taxation partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (the current auditors of Mirvac Group) and Chairman of Coopers & Lybrand from 1994 to 1997. He left PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999 and joined the Mirvac Board in 2001. An experienced accountant, he brings extensive knowledge of finance, taxation and human resources to the Board. He is a director of Crescent Capital Partners. In the past three years he also been a director of Cash Card Australia Limited, a director and Chairman of Hamilton James & Bruce Group Ltd and a director of Surfboard Ltd.
He has been a Mirvac director since 2001.

Adrian Fini, BCom
Adrian Fini is Mirvac's Executive Director - Development.
Mr Fini has been in the property development industry since 1977 and his previous roles included Managing Director of Fini Group, followed by CEO of Mirvac Fini (WA) Pty Limited following the merger of Mirvac with Fini Group in 2001.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and Certificate of Design from the Inchbald School of Design in the United Kingdom.
Adrian was appointed to the Mirvac Board in January 2006.

Peter Hawkins, BCA (Hons), FAIB, ABINZ, FAICD
Peter Hawkins is a non-executive director of Mirvac Group.
Mr Hawkins retired from the Australian and New Zealand Banking Group Limited in December 2005 after a career of 34 years. He was Group Managing Director, Group Strategic Development, responsible for the expansion and shaping of ANZ's businesses, mergers, acquisitions and divestments and for overseeing the Group's strategic cost agenda.
He was a member of ANZ's Group Leadership Team and sat on the Boards of ING Australia Limited and ING (NZ) Limited.
Mr Hawkins was previously Group Managing Director, Personal Financial Services and held a number of other senior management positions within the ANZ.
Mr Hawkins is currently Chairman of Visa International Asia Pacific and a Director of Visa International. He is also Chairman of the Visa International Board's Audit, Risk and Finance Committee and a Director of Camberwell Grammar School.
He was appointed to Mirvac's board in January 2006.

Penny Morris, AM, B.Arch (Hons) M.EnvSci, DipCO, FRAIA, FAICD
Penny Morris is a non-executive director of Mirvac Group.
Ms Morris has extensive experience in property development and management, having formerly been Group Executive Lend Lease Property Services, General Manager and Director Lend Lease Commercial and Director of Commonwealth Property with the Department of Administrative Services (Canberra).
Ms Morris has also been a Director of the Colonial State Bank, Australia Post Corporation, Howard Smith Limited, Energy Australia, Indigenous Land Corporation, Country Road Limited, Jupiters Limited and Principal Real Estate Investors (Australia) Limited.
Ms Morris is currently a Director of Aristocrat Leisure Limited, Landcom, NSW Institute of Teachers, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority.
Ms Morris was appointed to Mirvac's board in January 2006.

Richard Turner, FCA, BEc, AM
Richard Turner is a non-executive director of Mirvac Group.
Mr Turner is a chartered accountant and former CEO of Ernst & Young. He is a Director of HBOS Australia Pty Limited and the Pain Management Institute at Royal North Shore Hospital. He is also a Director of Publishing & Broadcasting Limited and Crown Casino Limited.
He has been a Mirvac director since 2005.
